Stop Trying (to Meditate)

The great teachers said it simply. Buddha, after six years of extreme practices, arrived at something almost embarrassingly simple: stop clinging. But teachings get absorbed by the cultures they land in. Bits get lost. Bits get added. Dogma accumulates. What began as a simple realization becomes a temple -- and then an identity we defend. No wonder it feels like work.
This talk is an invitation to leave the temple and return to the simplicity of being.
