Rest in Natural Great Peace

Peter Russell examines the deeper meaning of Nyoshul Khen Rinpoche's lines:

"Rest in Natural Great Peace, this exhausted mind,
beaten helplessly by karma and neurotic thoughts,
like the relentless fury of the pounding waves
on the infinite ocean of samsara."

I explore the deeper meaning and spiritual significance of the words, and how to allow our minds to come to rest in this natural state. Along the way I explore the nature of Being, and the relevance of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.
Talk given at SAND Italy, July 2018
