This workshop will be run at Villa Franco on the island of São Miguel in the Azores.
The Azores are famed for the variety of dolphins and whales that live in the waters around these islands. On four mornings we will take a boat out to find the dolphins, and then swim with them in the clear ocean waters. This alone is an exhilirating experience. And we should be able to watch some whales too.
In the afternoons there will be yoga class led by Angus, a highly respected yoga teacher from London, and a meditation class and dolphin discussion led by Peter. There will also be ample time to explore this beautiful island, often called the Hawaii of the Atlantic.
We will be staying in the Convento São Francisco, a stunning converted convent whose relaxing atmosphere makes it perfect for the yoga and meditation practice. Accomodation will be in twin rooms.
